Financial Policy:
Single weekly class: $16; Series of 8, $112 ($14/class)
4-hour workshop: $65; Series of 3, $150 ($50/class)
8-hour workshop: $125; Series of 3, $330 ($110/class)
Private Session: $100/hr
Relationship Session: $150/hr

Series Cards
Series cards are available for purchase. They are non-refundable and if lost, non-replaceable.

Reservations and Deposits
Weekly classes are open; no reservations are required. Monthly workshops are open as long as space is available; to secure your space in a workshop, a reservation is suggested. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space in any intensive or training.

Payment
Payments are acceptable via cash, check, or money order payable to Dance Alive. Credit card payments may be made through www.PayPal.com using finance@dancealive.com address, and are subject to a
3% finance charge.

Cancellations
Full payment is required for cancellation of a private session with less than 24-hour notice.

Returned Checks
A $20.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
